To implement key HR initiatives as interface between Group HR Head and HR Head of the respective unit
To strategize, benchmark competitors and facilitate implementation of HR initiatives.
To develop human resources solutions by collecting and analysing information.
To facilitate and ensure the completion of activities as per the HR Dashboard.
To review / monitor the progress of business units as per the organization objective on regular basis
To pitch in for Talent Acquisition/ Training and Development etc. as per the given timelines
