Deputy General Manager - Corporate Finance & Accounts - Manufacturing/Electricals - CA (10-15 yrs)

Position : AGM/DGM Corporate Finance & Accounts
Experience : 10 - 15 years
Qualification : CA (Mandatory)
JOB ROLE :
- Quarterly and Annual Accounts with disclosures and consolidation of listed Company.
- Preparation of Publish Results, Board presentation and Investor presentation.
- Monthly Accounts closure and variance analysis versus Budget, earlier periods.
- Designing and Structure of MIS for businesses.
- Coordination for Audits i.e. Statutory, Internal, Cost, Tax, DSIR.
- Studying of IND AS and relevant updates w.r.t the Company and conducting training for divisional accountants.
- Implement and monitor SOPs for various areas of accounting.
ICFR : Study the existing process, Process setting, co-ordination with statutory auditors.
- XBRL filing for Financial Accounts and Cost Audit.
- Annual GST return filing coordination.
- Statutory Compliances including ROC compliances i.e. AOC 2, DPT 3, MSME I, Corporate Governance, XBRL, RPT disclosures, LODR regulations.
Key Relationships : Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors, Cost Auditors, Tax Auditors, Divisional Accountants and Commercial Heads, Corporate Finance Team, CFO, CS and his team, Direct Taxation Team, Indirect Taxation Team
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE :
(Type of roles (and duration) which an individual ideally should have done in his/her prior experience to be detailed)
- Working in Manufacturing Company, Conversant with Accounting Standards, SEBI(LODR Compliances w.r.t. Listed Companies) Company Law, GST and Direct Taxes.
- Working knowledge of SAP.
- Advanced MS office tools knowledge i.e. MS Power point, MS Excel etc.
- Business acumen for variance analysis, profitability analysis etc.
- Business Commercial Knowledge.
- Expert knowledge of IND AS and Companies Act 2013.
- Should have handled audits of the Companies independently.
