Role: Design and implement a strategy on brand, marketing communications, corporate communications, to improve valuation by increasing sales and enhancing goodwill around the brand
Responsibilities:
- Corporate brand: identify, priorities and execute initiatives and campaigns that reinforce brand message and image
- Product brand: define/tease out key buying factors; define new product identity (positioning, naming, identity, marketing collateral, customer service) and implement it through the launch process (rolling calendar of 100+ markets)
- Lead media relations and Corporate Communication efforts for the company through a 12-month rolling PR calendar in partnership with the PR agency, to contribute to the long-term performance and reputation of the company.
- Profile Company and CEO in select events to enhance stature, improve market perception and increase valuation. - Develop and implement marketing communication plans for all companies and business verticals taking into consideration their unique business requirements and market share objectives
- Use media investments to deliver a sales funnel of active leads that sales teams and convert into business
- Provide tactical event management support for specific events
- Continually improve efficiency and effectiveness of call center operations to improve customer experience and satisfaction
- Developing all marketing collateral and communications - including creative and copy - to maximize impact and response
- Be the single point of contact for media Relations and corporate communications
Profile:
Work Experience
- Minimum 15 years of experience in corporate communications and Public relations across industries
- Experience of leading the brand and communications portfolio of reputed companies
Education:
- UG -Any Graduate - Any Specialization
- PG - MBA/PGDM - Advertising/Mass Communication, Marketing
- MBA from a premier management institute, example MICA, FMS, MDI etc.
- Must have team leadership experience: building, nurturing, evaluating and rewarding talent.
