Deputy General Manager - Consumer Insights and Brand Development for leading group. The job holder should not only be extremely conversant with the fundamentals of brand and marketing concepts and frameworks, but also have relevant experience in other B2C organisations of having created and built strong brands and seen results. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES : 1) Business Leadership : Understand strategic business vision to identify, plan and execute initiatives to significantly elevate brand and marketing plans of Businesses 2) Project Leadership : Execute projects to ensure they are built and implemented as per business plan : - Plan project milestones, monitor/ support ensuing activities and ensure they are executed as per plan. - Interact, engage with and advice stakeholders to ensure they contribute as per the plan - Manage interactions with external agencies on a day-to-day basis with the advice of the team leader Brand Development : - To support brand development projects across primarily B2C businesses. - Strong understanding of consumer and branding fundamentals - Develop /help create brand planning frameworks with specific expertise in the B2B space - Spot and adopt marketing best practices across varied businesses - Translate brand and marketing activities across the value chain Years of Experience : - 8 to 18 years - Misc. MBA in Marketing from a premier institute - Experience of having worked in top B2C Companies
