Job Description :

The Deputy General Manager shall work with clients and do relevant account management follow-ups and analysis to service their needs. These clients will include government ministries, departments and corporate accounts. He / She will interact with the client on a regular basis. The final goal of the job is to create high levels of client satisfaction. The job shall include considerable data management and data analysis and client communication.

Role and Responsibilities :

- Manage, Maintain and deepen Key client relationships, ensure highest level of customer satisfaction.

- Dig out new opportunities as well as avenues for expanding current business engagement.

- Understand client's requirements, be the face of the company to top-notch corporate.

- Assisting clients to use the products & services and keep them updated about new features launched.

- Coordinating and assisting teams for operational planning & delivery of assessments / events.

- Maintain proper communication and coordination with internal teams and clients to manage accounts.

- Prepare weekly MIS for client and internal management.

- Based on regular data analysis, work out new strategies to reach out to clients and ensure best results.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- 5-8 years of relevant experience in sales, account management, client engagement roles.

- Excellent communication and analytical Skills

- Good operational knowledge of MS-Excel (Graphs, pivot, charts etc.).
