Job Summary:
- Successful candidate will mandatorily possess good communication skills/soft interpersonal skills, understanding of real estate domain along with the Analytical and Presentation skills.
- The incumbent will be interacting closely with internal Sales, Legal, Land, Customer Service Project team. The incumbent will be tasked with understanding of Commercial impact of land transactions/current market prices/understanding of current development master plan.
Roles And Responsibilities:
- Conducting discussions with Channel Partners for understanding of
prices/velocity/micro market. - Discussion with
IPC for valuations and market study for new product to assess the ongoing sales absorption and pricing.
- Execution of
Market Feasibility studies across different asset classes including
Residential, Commercial and Retail. - Feasibility studies of proposals/projects with analytical impact study of various terms.
- Profitability reports (revenue, profitability, investment, IRR, NPV analysis), Business Plan, Information Memorandum.
- Development of market strategies and pricing decisions for new launches basis study of micro market.
- Market/site/competitors visit to understand attributes of micro markets in Gurgaon, Punjab, Lucknow & Indore.
- Highlighting and controlling the key derivers for maximisation of collection by reviewing the current collection base and associated issues.
- Knowledge on current urban planning rules & regulations of Gurgaon, Punjab, Lucknow & Indore.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Technical or Business discipline.
- MBA-Finance/CFA
- Minimum 14 years of experience
including 5 years with leading IPC.
