Deputy General Manager - Business Development & Sales - Automotive (10-15 yrs)
Job Objective: He/she will be responsible for overseeing marketing & sales operations, new business development, meeting targets and managing the marketing & sales team.
Professional Requirement:
- 10-15 Years of relevant experience of which 5 years should be at a senior level managing a team.
- Industry Type: Auto / Ancillary / OEM
- Handling Direct & Indirect sales of 500+ Cr
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets / timely receivables and business growth.
- Hands on experience & exposure of OEM & After Market sales.
Skills required:
- Knowledge of Automotive OEMs & After-market domain
- Customer focus & Business development experience
- Ability to anticipate & understand the Changes in the Market scenario and ensure course correction thereof
- Team Building, Team & Subordinates development, Interpersonal relationship, Good Leadership Skill
- Excellent Decision making
- Excellent communication, presentation, Budget skills
- Fluency in English, Hindi & Marathi (Verbal & Written)
