Deputy General Manager - Branding & Marketing Communications - Real Estate (12-15 yrs)
- Conceiving and developing marketing plans & strategies to maintain the corporate brand identity across the organization
- Managing and developing Real Estate Brand and uplifting its image and position in relation to their competitors in Real Estate sector
- Planning, developing and implementing various ATL/BTL initiatives
- Interacting with Vendors/PR Agencies for preparation of marketing collaterals for new/upcoming projects of Real Estate and manages upkeep and update of marketing collaterals for the existing projects
- Executes media planning & budgeting for promoting brand awareness of commercial/retail/villa projects under Real Estate
- Develops Brand Positioning Statement, including brand identity & attributes
- Builds awareness and positive perception of commercial/retail properties including media planning and communication management to enhance the public image of the company
- Keeps track of the marketing intelligence, real estate industry news and updates
- Develops Brand Positioning Statement, including brand identity & attributes
- Plans execution of national digital programs and campaigns, including online advertising, web site strategy and design, social media, mobile and other deliverables
- Monitors and manages the performance of brand relative to the positioning statement
- Works with agency / other stakeholders to ensure development / testing / implementation of the communication plan
- Ensures execution of ATL/BTL activities to strengthen brand positioning of the company
- Ensures preparation of brochures for new/up-coming projects and upkeep and update of marketing collaterals for the existing projects
- Negotiates and finalizes on PR agency and vendors for execution of the marketing collaterals & processes for diverse media campaigns
- Manages design layouts of communications such as presentations, newsletters, event support materials, research papers, and brochures for digital marketing and directs the roll out of all online communication campaigns
- A standard presentation to be created for all buildings and open leasable areas, to be sent to potential brokers, tenants as and when space opens
- Creates annual marketing calendar to achieve annual targets as per marketing plan
- Analyses competitor intelligence and industry best practices to develop innovative approach to marketing
- Develops annual communication plan for leading the marketing communication, including research for innovative brand communication
- Participates in various realty fairs to increase market awareness and manages the participation to ensure greater footfall in the stall and conversion of enquiry into order
- Website Management
- Generates website traffic analysis reports on a regular basis
