- Marketing Campaigns & Communication

- Development and execution of ATL, BTL, and digital campaigns.

- Briefing and managing creative, media, and PR agencies.

- Conceptualization and production of TVCs, digital films, and promotional materials.

3. Product Innovation & New Launches

- Leading NPDs from ideation to market launch.

- Identifying market gaps and consumer insights for product innovation.

- Go-to-market strategy and launch execution.

4. Media Planning & Digital Initiatives

- Developing media strategy aligned with brand objectives.

- Planning and execution of digital and traditional media campaigns.

- Performance tracking of media campaigns across platforms.

- Consumer Insights & Research

- Driving consumer research for brand health and product feedback.

- Translating insights into actionable strategies.

- Tracking brand performance metrics (awareness, consideration, preference).

5. Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Coordination with sales, R&D, supply chain, and finance teams for brand initiatives.

- Partnering with external agencies and vendors for brand activations.
