Job Description :

- Providing financial and business leadership & strategic consultation on financial issues affecting the organization

- Reviewing complete Planning & Analytics vertical and performing overview of entire vertical.

- Analyse Business Plan's budget and actual achievement.

- Analyzing industry trends, competitive threats, expansion opportunities and internal performance

- Participate in Business Meetings.

- Follow-up on key strategic business decisions taken by the Management.

- Formulating budgets and conducting variance analysis to determine difference between projected & actual results and highlighting variations

- Focus on initiatives required for efficiency improvements, cost reduction & increase in profitability in Business.

- Expanding market share through new market identification, market segregation on the basis of realization, market mapping based on cost & identification of pain/ focus areas

- Brief and update senior Management on overall Business.

- Visit overseas offices for Business Meetings & follow-ups.

- Study and analyse external business environment.

- Collecting and summarizing reports (MIS) from various department heads (Sales & Marketing) and reporting to the MD and formulating strategies for improvement.
