KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Specific activities required and results needed to excel

- Sourcing new partners and executing exciting partnership solutions

- Negotiating attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy

- Maintaining and deepening relationships with existing partners

- Developing metrics to measure ROI from partnerships.

- Responsible for adding new Vendor / Principal Partners to the organization

- Establish and manage alliances with other stakeholders such as OEM- in IT and software companies

- Identify prominent and trending partners in a category and pitch our partnership to integrate sales and value add IT , Telecom software sales distribution model

- Handle end to end partnership execution including prospecting, meetings, pitching, negotiating commercials, closure, and agreement with our organization

- Identify partnership opportunities & grow relationships with customers in an effort to grow business

- Build positive working relationship at all the levels within the partner organization and ensure long-term relationships with current and prospective partners

- Assisting in drafting MOUs, contracts, partnership plans with respective partners

- Plan approaches, pitches and own all business metrics and growth for the Partnerships line of business

- New business development activities through direct sales/ indirect sales through SI, Channel Partner.

- Involve in building multi-level relationship with brand partners.

- Independently identify and acquire new customers, in addition to up selling to existing customer base in close cooperation with Local SI/ Partners.

- Building and maintaining a network of public and private customer contacts and partners, System Integrator (SI)


- Development and alignment of New channel Partner

- Drawing Business case, finding desired technical expertise and Opportunity areas with New Vendor, brining additional revenue streams

- Building and maintaining a healthy pipeline to achieve the new business alliance y quota.

- Drive increase in deal signing margins through consultative selling, single source deals and a coordinated sales strategy.

- Increase market share and share of wallet of the alliance with the customer.

ESSENTIAL DESIRABLE :

1. Education Qualification : MBA, PGDM


- You have prior experience in a similar role and a strong track record of success in building strategic partnerships.

- Ability to formulate and adapt business alliance & partnership strategy

- Ability to handle multiple priorities and demands in a fast-paced dynamic environment

- Takes direction, documents expectations, then executes with minimal further direction

- Sound understanding and knowledge of complex enterprise deals and partner influencers and relationship management

- Strategic and analytical thinking

- Strong analytical skills & exceptional clarity in thinking

2. Experience required between 12-15 years. Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.

3. Candidate should have experience in sales of IP Networking, Storage and server, Passive networking, Security. VC, Wireless product for the TOP OEM like CISCO, HP. JUNIPER, RUCKUS, EMC, ARUBA, MOTOROLA, SYSTIMAX, TYCO in the industry. 3. Work overtime to meet task/target deadlines.

4. Proven experience in sales; Passion for Technology Sales


5. Ability to be flexible and adaptable while working in a pressurized environment, maintaining good peers and partner relations always.

6. Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint 5. Entrepreneurial skills desirable

7. Excellent organizational and prioritization skills required. Willingness to travel throughout assigned region on maximum time.

8. Excellent Communication Skills interpersonal skills and presentation skills required. 6. High on work ethics & result orientation

- You have a diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.

- You have experience working with senior stakeholders to find win-win solutions.

- You are highly goal oriented, assertive and a hands-on, problem solver.

- You possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

- You demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.

- You have excellent organizational and time management skills
