Job Description :
Required details In a candidate :
1. CA mandatory
2. Should have minimum 11+ years of experience (Post CA Final) into Financial Reporting / Accounting, MIS role in Manufacturing industry (Should have exposure dealing with overseas business)
3. Exposure for international taxation, transfer pricing and Audits is a must
4. Review and finalisation of Monthly MIS (For Overseas (Europe) Group Entities).
5. Preparation & tracking of CRMS (Management Tool) and various Management reports.
6. Coordination with foreign subsidiaries (Europe Based operations) and consolidation of various reports.
7. Profitability analysis at subsidiaries level.
8. Adding Various Synergies in the business.
9. Functional Integration with newly acquired entity.
