Experienced in the domain of Fund Raising (short term as well as long term), Debt Syndication, Project finance from Banks / Financial Institution / NBFC etc. and Treasury Operation

- Experienced in Restructuring of loan, Strategic Debt Restructuring (SDR) and securitization of Infra loan

- Expertise in working capital management includes monitoring the inflow / outflow of funds, taking adequate measures to ensure optimum utilization of available funds

- Experienced in loan documentation, Compliance of pre & Post disbursements conditions and debt monitoring

- Timely filling of forms / returns / statement related to ROC, RBI & Banks

- Experienced in obtaining credit ratings and quarterly/annually surveillance from leading credit rating agencies

- Resourceful in liaising with banks and expertise in handling bank appraisals and lenders queries

- Monthly/Quarterly/Annual review of accounts and preparation of presentation for board meeting.

- Experienced in preparation of various MIS reports including daily/monthly cash flow statement

- Liaising with stock auditor and statutory auditor for timely completion of audit
