We are hiring for below role for one our Auto component Industry only, and we required only auto company.

Department : Finance & Accounts

Reporting To : Managing Director

Location : Gurgaon

Qualification : Essential: C.A

Branch : Head Office

Experience : 15 - 20 Years post Qualification

Job Description : Primary Responsibilities:

- Reporting - Preparing the reports to present to management (Profit & Loss statement, Balance sheet, and various other reports used by the management and the parent company in Japan for control and decision making purpose)

- Statutory Audit - Work closely with the Statutory auditor and ensure the timely preparation of financials and submission of the information to the auditor/management.

- Income Tax law compliances - Comply with the applicable provisions of income tax return filing / Tax audit and advance filing and also

- Ensure proper Income tax law compliance of the expats working at TMHIN

- Income Tax assessment - Represent the company before various income tax authorities

- Preparation of documents to be submitted for the purpose of Income Tax assessment

- Coordinate with Tax consultant for various Transfer Pricing related matters

- Preparation of Annual / Quarterly budget in coordination with all the departments

Secondary Responsibilities:-

- Preparation of analysis and reports on expense control

- Provision reporting

- AR reporting

Desirable:- Experience in trading companies especially Japanese

- Competencies Required :- Must have good communication skills

- Must have analytical and decision making skills

- Must have Problem Solving Skills

- Should be able to finalize and implement process

- Should be able to guide the team and collaborate with senior members

- Must have good command over written and verbal communication

- Good in MS-Office

- Must be able handle a team of 10-15 employees.
