Deputy Financial Controller - Manufacturing/Auto - CA (7-10 yrs)
- Qualified Chartered Accountant with a 7-10 years post qualification work experience.
- Plant Experience as controller or second level to that having potential to assume a Controller’s position, with operations knowledge. Auto Industry & MNC experience is highly desirable
- Candidate must display a good understanding of US & Indian GAAP, financial reporting, Indian statutory requirements including plant level direct / indirect taxation, SOX and Business Controls, Working capital management and should have hands-on experience of the above areas.
- Candidate must be fully conversant with Budgeting, Forecasting, Cost & Credit Control, Margin Analysis, Costing & Profitability Analysis and Management Reporting.
- Working knowledge of ERP system is a must. Knowledge of MFG-PRO / Hyperion will be a plus.
- Good analytical and problem solving, communication & interpersonal skills and attention to detail are a must.
- Timely and accurate Financial Accounting, Forecasting and MIS reporting. Responsible for monthly reporting, variance analysis and to provide adequate explanation for the monthly, quarterly and yearly analysis.
- Oversees all accounting procedures and systems and internal controls used in the company.
- Supports the preparation of budgets and financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow and analysis.
- Drive operations on key focus areas including program wise profitability, inventory control, AP/AR management and overhead controls
- Motivates the immediate reporting staff for better performance and effective service and encourage team spirit.
- Coordinates with the senior and junior management of other departments as well, as every department in the organization is directly or indirectly associated with the finance department.
- Closely work with operations and support the business.
Location : 50 Kms from Chennai City. Acceptance to location is a must when applying for this job
Compensation : 14-16 Lakhs Only
