Deputy Director - Total Rewards/Compensation & Benefits/Bonus - FMCG (10-20 yrs)
Deputy Director - Total rewards( Compensation & benefits/ Bonus) for a leading FMCG busniess for Hyderabad
- Lead annual focal point processes and activities including systems set up, testing, HR & manager communication, training during the cycle and execution
- Partner with TM/OD to update, test and population calibration templates for businesses
- Partner with NATR CS team in development of merit and IC budgets by business
- Lead and support all mid-year
- Lead and support all pay equity analysis
- Partner with Global HR Ops on tool, system testings and enhancments
- Lead the execution of the annual bonus process for the PBNA, PFNA and Corporate functions including bonus system set up, employee communications, manager verification and ensuring accuracy in final payouts
- Lead the execution of Quarterly bonus processes for PBNA and PFNA
- Provide policy and program administration education/support to HR business partners on North America Bonus Programs
- Drive continuous improvement in our processes through identifying errors, recommending solutions, clarifying inconsistencies, and implementing resolutions
- Bachelor's degree required; Masters a plus. Areas of study may include human resources, business, or finance
- 10+ year's work experience in HR function, or appropriate combination of education and experience
- Strong analytical, project management and program development skills
- Must be able to influence others without authority and find alignment across potentially competing agendas to ensure progress to plan
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including formal presentations
- Ability to work independently, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Strategic initiative: ability to identify issues, develop recommendations, sell ideas and implement the solution
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to remain poised in difficult situations
- Computer skills with proficiency in standard office software applications and exposure to HRIS systems or Sales Compensation systems
- Possesses an understanding of business strategies, culture and work to achieve results. Able to execute work beyond the scope of his function and provide analysis and advice in non-routine, project-related area
