Deputy Director - Total Rewards - Bonus/Focal Point/Equity - FMCG

Deputy Director - Total Rewards - Bonus , Focal Point and Equity (US Market exp required)

We are currently hiring for a Deputy Director - Total Rewards - Bonus, Focal Point, Equity - US Markets for a leading MNC into FMCG in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead annual focal point processes and activities including systems set up, testing, HR & manager communication, training during the cycle and execution

- Partner with TM/OD to update, test and population calibration templates for businesses

- Partner with NATR CS team in development of merit and IC budgets by business

- Lead and support all mid-year

- Lead and support all pay equity analysis

- Partner with Global HR Ops on tool, system testings and enhancments.

Experience:

- Minimum 12 years of experience in Total Rewards function of GIC/GBS/Shared Services with major expertise towards Bonus, Focal Point, Equity.

- Should have some experience working for North America Region.
