Deputy Director - SAP Functional RTR Costing (11-15 yrs)

Main Purpose of the Role:

IT-RTR- SAP FI solution lead - Costing- PGT EAA (Europe, AMESA & APAC)

PGT Program across Europe, AMESA, APAC sectors is 4+-Year, Multi-Workstream, Multi-Vendor Program with a total spend $600 Million based on amount approved by Board of Directors and latest ESP forecast made in 2021.

This is a major transformation project to implement harmonized and simplified business processes enabled by an integrated enterprise resource planning (ERP) system utilizing SAP S/4 HANA business suite. The project will replace legacy solutions across these markets and will implement the PGT solution for Record to Report (RTR), Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Order to Cash (OTC), Purchase to Pay (PTP), Make to Deploy (MTD), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Forecast to Schedule (FTS), and Trade Promotional Management (TPM)

Objectives of the role:

- This role will be directly responsible for leadership of Cost Accounting process leveraging SAP S4 Cost Accounting solution with PGT Template for Europe, AMESA & APAC Sector SAP deployments through PGT Program.

- This role ensures Global Template solution supports the SAP S/4 Record to Report (RTR) process for PepsiCo's Legal entities, solves for any design gap within the template governance and delivers deployments successfully.

- This role collaborates in standardization of the business processes and ensuring that the configured system confirms to the Global Template approach while meeting the needs of the business.

- This role will adopt and adhere to PepsiCo Agile Methodology (PAM) principles for the Global Template project.

- This role will also be accountable for the integration other key functions in other value streams, such as MTD,EAM,PTP, OTC & TPM and local applications (primarily for legal compliance around tax and returns).

Years of Experience:

Professional Qualification (CA, ICWA or Equivalent) is required:

- 10+ years of experience configuring, deploying and managing SAP ERP with a focus on Cost Accounting, Product Costing and Revenue Accounting including the complete end to end RTR functionality.

Mandatory Technical Skills:

- Hand-on experience around master data required for Accounting and Costing for process Industry.

- Process knowledge and SAP solution mapping experience for Overhead Cost Accounting,

- Allocations, Standard Cost Calculation, Actual Cost Calculations (ML), Profitability

- Cost Analysis, Transfer Price, Plant period end closing

- Hands on experience around Cost allocation scenarios around global companies.

- Experience on working with closing cockpit.

- Integration across other functional areas, i.e., EAM, MTD, TPM, procure to pay & Order to Cash

- Deep expertise in SAP RTR with multiple roll-out experience is required.

- Proven experience in the governance of a global ERP template

- Deep understanding of project test phases and testing automation tools

- Fully aware of the SAP security design implications through global roles. Familiar to the

- GRC best practices in large corporations as PepsiCo.

- Dispatches standard SAP quality issues with OSS (Online SAP Services) and follows up the required break fixes.

Mandatory Non-Technical Skills:

- Demonstrated Leadership skills, including planning, organization, prioritization, collaboration

- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization

- Ability to work flexible hours based on varying business requirements

- Knowledge and experience in the following tools, disciplines and processes are nice to have: SAP Solman 7+, Azure DevOps, Quality Centre and MS Project

- Solves complex problems within their work team

- Strong influencing, facilitating, and consulting skills in working with stakeholders at all levels in the organization and across departments

- Ability to quickly adapt to changes in timelines and sequences

- Ability to work collaboratively across project teams.

- Possess strong analytical skills

- Adaptability and flexibility including ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and change

- Ability to clear obstacles for teams to deliver

- Experience with Europe, AMESA and APAC preferred
