Job Description :


- Supports Manager to deliver Price/Mix & Volume growth and Incr. VC targets for AMENA Sector via Revenue Management Strategy, by identifying and capturing business opportunities in Pricing, Pack-Price, Mix Management, Promotion Management and Trade Spend across all AMENA markets

- Function as a subject matter expert for RM Analytics & Insights tools

- Leads the implementation of the AMENA Promotion Management Systems (e.g. Promote, SAP CBP, etc.)

a. Own technical solution design and delivery for Promotion Management System application and integration components

b. Assist the vendor and system integration partners through designing, configuration, testing, deploying, maintaining, and supporting data conversion initiative

c. Serve as the testing and deployment liaison application development team and provide support with development activities addressing integration requirements

d. Support deployment execution in coordination with Business partners, Application Development and Data & Conversion teams.

- Support local markets RM team (with/without TPM systems) in conducting Promotion Effectiveness analyses and identify actions to improve ROI.

- Leads continuous development and roll-out of Price/Mix Analytics (i.e. External & Internal) and analyses across AMENA markets to identify, align and execute concrete actions to improve Price/Mix at the CU level.

- Manage Pricing Analytics Project implementations from proposal to delivery

a. Develop a thorough understanding of the project requirements then apply industry best practices and detailed knowledge of the systems to design an optimal solution that meets or exceeds functional requirements

b. Partner and collaborate with Data & Conversion teams, Enterprise Architecture, Application Development, Technology implementation and Infrastructure Services teams to understand and review dependencies and align implementation plans and designs

c. Review and track progress per the defined plan

d. Detail estimates and implementation plan for deployment phase deliverables

e. Work closely with application development, data and infrastructure teams in the preparation of the technical aspects for the testing phases

f. Develop training and knowledge transfer to Power Users throughout the company to insure an increase in skill set and experts throughout the company

- Supports the RM Sector capability agenda by transferring and building capability with BU/MU RM leaders via lift-and-shift of global best-practices and tools to ensure sustainable and self-sufficient RM organizations at the BU level

- Contributes actively to enhance Sector RM capability and application through AMENA RM SharePoint.

- Co-leads with the local RM & Finance team tracking and consolidating of RM initiatives results (Monthly), AOP & PSP submission.

- Provide oversight to Insights Supervisor's workstream & delivery who plays a significant role in Pricing
