Deputy Director_ HR Operations


Service Management:

- Lead and drive Service Excellence for HR Operations

- Benchmarking to explore new solutions, automations, transformation in build next generation capabilities.

- Develop and execute training plans (Continuous Improvement and Automations)

- Track & Drive Efficiency, Effectiveness, Quality Assurance, Value Delivery and Compliance

- Build / Support Ecosystem to improve internal processes.

- Partner on Global GHRO projects where HBS is a key user or executor e.g. Tools or Technology or Process or Framework changes or Functional projects as assigned by the reporting manager.

OMM:

- Manage and drive Operations Maturity Model program planned from 2022 to 2023 for a successful execution

- Partner with Global teams in refining or global deployments

- PDCA on modification of the program, customizing per the needs and dynamics of operations changes

Process Excellence:

- Plan, Design and Run Six Sigma culture in the function

- Mobilize and leverage resources to ensure people understand and start Process Excellence mindset

- Support Global cross functional PEx initiatives and engage with GHRO PEx/ESM or as applicable

Quality Assurance:

- Drive Quality Service framework and sustained Quality delivery of Operational tasks and course correct design/plan/execution as per capability leads / leadership feedback

Compliance:

- Drive Compliance framework to pass on internal (SOX controls, Global Control Standards, BCP) or external audits (Operational audit, Data access/storage/compliance audit, GBS model execution, Access Management) and course correct design/plan/execution as per capability leads / leadership feedback

Skills:

- Min. Bachelors degree, MBA preferable.

- 15 years total with last 5 years in Global Scale Mid/Senior Leader level HR Operations experience in a large scale, complex matrix environment

- Experience in Service Excellence / Service Management at a Lead level

- Process management and continuous improvement with a focus on optimization and productivity

- Organization Change Management experience
