Deputy CIO - Manufacturing

You will be responsible for the strategy to create and manage the digital core for the organization and also oversee all technological endeavours in enterprise systems - most importantly the strategic roadmap and technical guidance.

Description :

You will be responsible for :

- Leading the technology and the digital organization

- Defining the IT strategy to drive organizational growth and operational excellence

- Creating a digital Workplace suite of apps for improving productivity and collaboration

- Defining and Creating Employee Life Cycle Management platform

- Creating and managing world class finance digitization program

- Creating and managing IT Infrastructure and Information Security Strategy for the organization

- Identifying opportunities for simplifications and digitization of various workflows across the organization

- Negotiating contracts with vendors and service providers for installing new technology

- Developing strategic plans and setting timelines for evaluation, development, and deployment of solutions

Profile :

Key Requirements :

- 20+ years of experience in Information technology leadership roles

- MBA + Engineering from a top tier institute

- Experience in digital transformation

- Solid background of SAP

- Excellent communication and leadership skills
