We have one very urgent position in one of the LEADING BFSI BRAND --

POSITION - Deputy Chief Manager - CORPORATE FINANCE ANALYST

Location - Kolkata HO

OFFERED CTC - 16 to 20lac pa approx; depending upon current CTC.

Job brief ( indicative ) :

- Monthly closing and reporting of GL closing activities like trial balance review and its variance analysis, monitoring standard monthly expense journals including prepayment & accruals,, corporate allocations, GL reconciliations, SOP preparations, invoicing, intercompany settlements, accounts payable and accounts receivable, MIS, provision, and budgeting, etc.

- Preparation and analysis of Balance Sheet and Profit and loss Reconciliations, analysis and providing commentaries thereof

- Preparation of Legal entity reporting packs on a periodic basis

- Reviewing business processes and suggesting/implementing improvements and changes to current procedures

- Financial review pack and trend/variance analysis and report out MIS to the senior leadership team and business counterparts i.e. non-financial team

- Analyze and identify opportunities for cost optimization, lead the initiatives across various functions

- Team management and planning of work plan across the team

- Weekly monitoring of the achievement of work plan to ensure optimum utilization of resources and plan for peak load volumes

- Managing client relationship by continuous communication and handling first level escalations, Proactively seeking client feedback to further improve service level standards

- Conducted transition of processes such as Flash, Rolling forecasting & budgeting, month end activities, Variance & trend analysis

- Analyse corporate credit requirements and structure various banking facilities for clients across sectors

- Develop relationships with core management team of the borrower entities to appraise company's financial performance and their future business strategies

- Support the growth of sustainable revenues either from the existing portfolio or new acquisitions

- Ascertain corporate credit quality by a detailed assessment of the company's fundamentals & financial statements (sensitivity analysis, ratio analysis, cash flow analysis and prepare financial models)

- Conduct due diligence from a wide range of sources including rating agencies, peers in the industry, market data, CRILC and CIBIL checks and industry reports

- Prepare credit appraisal notes for corporate entities and present to the sanctioning authorities for finalizing the proposed credit facilities and sanction terms

- Ensure high standards of quality for assigned loan portfolio and keep track of early warning signals

Industry - Bank, NBFC, Big4, BFSI.

Important: Need to have the experience to write credit note, DAR, Story book.

Qualification: MBA Finance / CA .
