Our client is a 3000+ crore infrastructure setup listed on NSE and SBE with a pan India presence. They are contractors into buildings, commercials, public infrastructure and industrial projects. They are expanding their operations globally and building a robust team to accelerate this growth
Description :
Reporting directly to the CFO, you will be responsible for :
- Assisting in formulating the company's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives
- Representing the company with investment bankers and investors
- Arranging for debt and equity financing
- Participating in key decisions as a member of the executive management team
- Managing the Accounts, Secretarial, Stores, Procurement, IT, and Treasury departments
- Overseeing the financial operations of subsidiary companies and foreign operations
- Reporting financial results to the board of directors
- Understanding and mitigating key elements of the company's risk profile
- Developing and maintaining systems of internal controls to safeguard financial assets of the organization
- Ensuring that record keeping meets the requirements of auditors and government agencies
Candidate's Profile :
- Should be a CA with minimum 20+ years of experience with 10 years in leadership roles
- Should have hands on knowledge of accounting, treasury, cost control, negotiations, business planning
- Should have a background of infrastructure/energy/power or EPC sector
- Should be an excellent mentor and comes with brilliant stakeholder management skills
