Deputy Chief Financial Officer - Financial Services

Job role:

1) Preparing MIS/ Budget

2) Support Financial audit process

3) Ensuring various tax (direct and indirect) compliance

4) Ensuring Secretarial and Regulatory compliance

5) Ensuring routine operating activities

6) Supporting fund accounting and finance functions including investor reporting

7) Working closely with Senior management to develop strategic business plans for new growth areas

Requirements:

1) CA with 10+ years of experience (CA + MBA preferred)

2) Should have at least 4-5 years of experience in leadership position in Finance function

2) Should be well versed in Budget & MIS preparation, Audit, Ensure Tax & Regulatory Compliance, Investor reporting for fund (knowledge will be helpful)

3) Work with Senior management on strategic plans and be able to address global audience

4) Required to be updated on international laws & practices

5) Should be able to manage entire finance operations independently

6) Require a Team player who is ready to work in start up environment
