Our client is a one of the fastest growing Housing Finance companies in India, backed by a reputed financial services player.  Reporting into the CFO, you will be responsible for:  - Overseeing financial reporting, internal controls, coordinating audits (internal & external) and regulatory compliance  - Leading the budgeting, MIS and FP&A teams for the entire business  - Compliance of financial statements and related reporting to applicable regulatory and other statutory reporting requirements  - Ensuring financial operations and reporting are in line with best practices  - Tax position and risk management, tax planning  Knowledge and Qualifications required:  - You must be a chartered accountant with 10-15 years of experience in retail finance  - Experience in taking a company public is strongly desired  - You must have experience in NBFCs, heading finance operations of a company with significant retail branch network  Additional skills required:  - You should have good interpersonal skills to engage various stakeholders  - You should have the ability to multi-task and deliver on timelines  - You should have excellent analytical skills and good communication skills
