Deputy Chief Financial Officer - BFS

- Develop, prepare, and effectively communicates company's business, quarterly financial results, strategic plans, and factors influencing the industry to the investment community

- Meet investment bankers, private equity and fund houses for fund raise and manage transactions involving equity raising and business restructuring

- Manage and develop relationships with FIIs and DIIs for fund raising

- Track the performance & preparation of budgets/AOP

- Assisting the Managing Director in deal structuring and negotiation for Debt/Equity transactions, financial modelling, valuation and due diligence

- Responsible for data analysis and visualization across all businesses and organize conferences, road shows, earnings conference calls, and investor meetings

- Maintain investor relations page on the company website, publish latest financial reports, stock prices and press releases

- Monitor, maintain and manage brand reputation of the firm in front of stakeholders - stock exchange representatives, portfolio managers, financial analysts, investment department heads, and research directors
