Deputy Chief Executive Officer - Chemicals/Infra/Manufacturing (10-12 yrs)
Position: Deputy Chief Executive Officer
Reporting to: Director
Responsibilities:
To lead forward the business and operational growth of the company and be responsible for its overall strategic, operational and financial performance. This position will develop new clients and manage them along with existing clients by end FY 21 and grow the business exponentially from there.
Detailed Description :
- General Management Role with overall P&L responsibility of the organisation
- Collaborate with the Directors and identify business opportunities and markets for expansion; implement marketing, sales and technology plans to grow revenues
- Develop, obtain agreement to and ensure the effective implementation of an annual operational plan that delivers the required financial and business requirements
- Ensure that the regulatory framework, policies and circulars are compliant with where appropriate
- Fostering a customer first behaviour across the organisation, work closely with the team to grow the company, strengthen it and ensure sustainability through good people practices
- Keep a close eye on market trends and demands to ensure that the organisation stays ahead of competition
Required Skills:
- A degree in Engineering/Post Graduation in Management with 2-4 years of experience in a similar role
- A highly resourceful person with past experience in being responsible for driving the P&L of the company.
- Prior experience in working with global clients will be beneficial.
- A confident and determined person with exceptional team leadership skills, entrepreneurial mind-set and a willingness to work in a start-up environment.
- Excellent Project Management skills, ability to identify risks and plan ahead
- Out of the box problem solving skills
- Strong communication, analytical and relationship management skills
