Deputy CFO - Manufacturing Firm - CA (12-20 yrs)
Job Description:
1. Monitoring day to day accounting of all primary books
2. Accounts and Finance
3. Managing the book keeping/finance team 7-10 Members (2 plants, including two Managers)
4. Ensuring adecuate records are kept and updated by accounts team
5. Ensuring strong and robust internal financial controls
6. Books Finalisation
7. Co - Ordinate Statutory Audit
8. IFRS and Ind AS knowledge required
9. TDS compliances
10. GST compliances
11. Income Tax compliances, Planning, etc.
12. other Tax compliance
13. DGFT Compliance monitoring
14. Drafting SOPs, etc.
15. Pre - Verification enabling various audits like Internal audit, Pre audit, Vendor audit, ISO audit, etc.
16. Maintains an accurate filing and record keeping system for all financial statements and company documents.
17. Participates in the execution of changes to procedures, policies, and systems to facilitate expansion, compliance, and scaling of the business.
18. Banking
19. Monitoring day to day status of PDCs
20. Bill Discounting
21. Letter of Credit
22. Managing various working capital limits
23 Minimizing finance Cost
24. Bank Reconciliation Statement
25. Verify credit period as per policy (set by Sales T)eam
26. Bank Audit and Compliances
27.Leads planning and forecasting activities with business partners to achieve business and company goals
28.Investigates means to improve profitability.
29.Participates in the execution of changes to procedures, policies, and systems to facilitate expansion, compliance, and scaling of the business.
Required Skills:
- CA with 12-15 Years of experience post qualification
- Experience of Manufacturing unit required
- Reporting to both CFO & the Chairman
- Experience of Internal Audit will be considered an Asset
- Ahmedabad/Baroda based candidates to be given preference
- Experience of Tax litigations etc to be considered as an Asset
- Experience of Handling Foreign Trade Finance like Bill discounting etc required
- Experience of DGFT like advance license etc is desirable
