- P&L responsibility of the mall by providing quality services to HNI customers, superior facilities & support to retailers of luxury products
- Ensure HNI customer delight through innovative marketing, with a fine sense of design & aesthetics, catering to the taste of luxury customers
- Develop the financial strategy, ensure safety standards, execute the annual marketing calendar to enhance HNI footfalls / consumption significantly
- Finalize policies related to parking, house-keeping, systems and equipment such as HVAC, escalator, elevator, music, electricity, common areas, etc.
- Ensure optimum occupancy & the right brand mix to attract the target consumer group; Revenue optimization through competitive rates negotiated with retailers
- Supervise the leasing process & all formalities prior to opening of a store
- Oversee engineering & equipment services & resolve key issues
- Supervise security & safety of the mall for intrusion or physical protection
- Want candidate with upper class thinking, good pedigree, very presentable & smart, vibrant and understands luxury
Required MBA, 15-18 years of experience, 38-42 years of age
