Business Achievement:

- Ensure business targets achievement from focus markets based on P/L goals

- Managing all operations within country/region. This involves responsibility for profit, revenue, cash and brand targets

- Prepare and present business performance reports, on a monthly or quarterly basis

- Distribution Infrastructure for Country/Region:

- Strategize various routes of expanding distribution (General Trade, Modern Trade, Wholesale)

- Fine-tune & monitor the execution of distribution/trade plan

- Take pro-active initiatives & monitor results along with importer/distributor sales & marketing teams

Management of New Market Entry Projects:

- Co-ordinate with Cross Functional Teams to spear head New Market Entry projects from identification markets, importation/distribution business partner up to brand launch at the last sub channel of distribution as per planned GTM

- Designing and execution of sales promotion activities:

- Co-ordinate with Marketing Team to formulate various local activities in focus markets

- Allocate resources with proposed budget plan required to implement the market/trade activities

- Influencing Marketing teams to support local initiatives

- Drive innovations, which are best practices yet cost effective & salable.

- Monitor results based on budget

Liaising:

- Liaison with regulatory, supply chain, operations & logistics departments, internal or external to ensure smooth supply for demand fulfillment

- Liaising with Local Sales team and agencies to get competitive & market intelligence

- Manpower: Effectively & efficiently influence importer/distributor sales teams on product & selling skills, through on job & classroom training to improve sales & marketing efficiency of the distributor sales/marketing team

- Self-Development: Fulfilling the best practices of the identified competencies
