My Client is a leading

What will you be doing :

- Reviewing, drafting and negotiating of MoU, subscription and channel placement agreements with various distribution platforms.

- Drafting and sending legal notices to various operators.

- Assist in filing recovery proceedings and other cases.

- Supporting the Company's litigation cell in connection with litigation filed by or against the company

- Closely coordinating with the Regional business heads and taking care of their business needs.

- Giving opinion to cross-department heads on various business issues and advising them on a suitable course of action.

- Proactively resolving legal issues and providing solutions to avoid litigation.

- Coordinating with Sales and Operations team in connection with the issuance of disconnection notices.

- Filing of requisite information/data with the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (- TRAI- ) on a timely basis

- Interacting with TRAI officials in connection with resolving any issues raised by TRAI

You need to have:

1) Good drafting skills. Ability to draft agreements/notices independently.

5) Have a Proactive approach

6) Good analytical skills

7) An eye for detailing and acting with a sense of urgency by adhering to TAT

8) Multi-tasking skills

9) Sound understanding and interpretation of the relevant regulations and its applications to business situations.

10) Law Graduate. Master of Law (LL.M) would be preferred

11) 8 to 12 years of relevant work experience

12) You should have worked in a mid to large-sized Corporate (Preferably Broadcasting & Distribution Company, Media/Telecom) or Law Firm of repute having Telecom, Media/Broadcasting & Distribution companies as their clients.
