- Critical/Key Processes involved: Planning, Setting Functional KRAs, Recruitment, Training, Performance Management, Compensation, Separations, Legal Compliance, IR, Grievance Management, Facilities Management e.g. canteen, bus etc.
- Major/Key Roles Played : HR Head/ IR Head/Administration Head
- Machines/Instruments/Standards Handled: Legal /Other Compliance/Company Policies
- Authority: power to give a decision/ sanction: In matters regarding HR/IR Matters
- Responsibility: responsible for delivering something: HR/Adm KRAs
- Accountability: Answer-ability for : HR Matters
- Safety Precautions & Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to be used: as per company norms
