Lead the Centre of Excellence - Lead the RCoE to achieve objectives, in line with RCoE vision and Finance Data strategy - Accountable for service excellence, developing and delivering accurate and timely reporting, addressing any reporting quality issues arising within the RCoE in a timely manner - Oversees the daily management of the RCoE team, including goal setting and review, annual and mid-year performance reviews, addressing performance, talent management, coaching and development - Ensures monitoring of RCoE KPIs, prioritizing resource and workloads as required to ensure compliance with RCoEs mandate - Establishes and maintains business continuity measures for the RCoE ensuring seamless service delivery, leveraging both site and Technology plans Planning, Strategy and Evolution of the function - Resource local team, establishing consistent capability standard - Partners with programme teams to drive and successfully implement the new Centre of Excellence - Build and maintains relationships to ensure the RCoE is the go to function for providing enhanced business performance reporting - Aligns the Business Insights function to ensure clarity of service boundaries and optimise information delivery - Identifies and continually implements opportunities to drive cost and operating efficiency across the RCoE, leading appropriate initiatives (including increasing the maturity of automation) where required - Develops and leads long-term and short-term plans for the continuous development of the RCoE Report development and Business Support - Ensures robust governance processes for report build and maintenance requests - Ensures that new reports an analysis aligns to the Finance strategy, and needles proliferation is tightly controlled - Manages the RCoE resources and report development prioritization, ensuring reasons for non-development are well-communicated and understood by stakeholders requiring strong demand management
