Assistant Manager - FPNA - UK_Dentsu Aegis - Manage a timely and accurate month close process for the UK market in partnership with UK FP&amp;A team in London. - Drive monthly UK prep calls, cascading key messages from EMEA and Group Finance teams, giving guidance on new requirements etc. - Interact with brand CFOs and FCs to understand requirements, set expectations, address concerns - Manage adhoc requests for dashboards/BPC reports from UK FP&amp;A Team - Identify CI &amp; Automation opportunities within the markets and partner with BCoE CI team to get these implemented - Partner with UK Finance Controller in driving Balance sheet reconciliation process reviews, KPIs, driving Group policy compliance etc and in improving the overall control environment - Manage the UK support team's performance, give regular feedback to team members and maintain a high morale for the team,
