Denave - Program Manager - Demand Generation (10-15 yrs)
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Drive end to end Demand generation motion for tele services, leveraging Digital Marketing, Analytics & Telesales with a clear focus on impacting sales outcome
- Design Strategies on program approach, ensure effective execution & focus on continuous process enhancements
- Ensure optimal synergy between the key DG elements i.e Business Insights & Analytics, Digital Marketing & Telesales motion to- effectively achieve program outcome
- Drive a team of energetic inside sales team
- Developing a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, cold calling and Digital Marketing.
- Area Mapping, cold calling, prospecting, negotiation, freezing commercials and closing deals with necessary documentation.
- Prospect relentlessly to build pipeline and build strong personal relationships with prospects
- Be proactive about solving problems even if its outside of your area and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge
- Seek out opportunities to be a leader and do everything you can to help the team achieve its larger objectives.
- Training and enhancement for inside sales agents
- Design and implement Digital Marketing framework to find the next customer
REQUIREMENTS :
- Graduate (MBA preferred)
- 10-15 years of total work experience with minimum 3-4 years of experience in leading team of Inside sales specialists.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in driving end-to-end Demand Generation motion, leveraging Digital Marketing, Analytics & Telesales
