Designation : Solution Specialist Job Location : Noida Job profile : - Specialist in presales functions including creation of proposals, elevator pitches, RFIs &amp; RFP response management, &amp; Research - Solution defining &amp; proposal creation for Sales Enablement services. - Understand the client's business / their GTM/ Industry segment &amp; requirement.&nbsp; - Responsible for defining the solution for requirement shared by a client. Create well -structured proposals/ RFI responses - Lead the development of the solution, working closely with Biz Development (Sales) and delivery/ Operations teams - Sales collateral creation &amp; repository management- create sales collaterals viz Case studies, Concept Notes, Elevator pitch etc. - Maintaining the repository of proposals, pitches and samples of work for quick retrieval and reuse by various teams New Services creation /Penetration into New Industries : - Continuously research &amp; give inputs to enhance current service offerings &amp; build new services, in-line with Industry trends. - Suggest new services post extensive research in New and Emerging offerings, within various industry verticals and geos. - Research for venturing into new geographies : - Research on biz opportunity in new geo, Market information/intelligence, End Customer Accounts to prioritize, competition information - Create customized elevator pitch for specific geos/ Industries Ongoing Research into :&nbsp; - Research on the trends of identified set of Industries ( current as well as prospective) - Activities of identified accounts across various geos - Activities of competition within existing/ new industries - New services, new trends - Extend support on client review decks: ability to interact directly with Delivery Managers and senior management and working customized presentations for client reviews Team Management : - Manage, mentor &amp; drive a highly motivated, effective &amp; efficient solutioning team Required skill sets : - Understanding of Sales Operations - Pre sales, Sales collaterals, Marketing and Sales Operations, Demand generation, Partner management. Understanding of utilizing analytics, BI &amp; digital marketing motion in sales processes a. Expertise - High proficiency in MS Powerpoint, Word and Excel b. Competency- Proposal, RFI/RFP creation through research c. Analytical, Creative and ability to put thoughts/ideas/concept into workable representation - Research and Consulting - Industry Research, Go-to-market strategy, Sales consulting, Market Research a. Should have knowledge of data source - analyst DB - Gartner, Forrester, Govt Publications, b. Ability to derive inferences from data sets / information in public domain - Communicates clearly and concisely by displaying excellent comprehension, listening, writing, and verbal skills in all business-related situations. - Deliver high-quality and accurate solution framework. - Manages assigned tasks in a time-efficient manner. Meets deadlines. Education : MBA or Equivalent from Tier 1 College Experience : - Should be extremely facts and data oriented - Understanding and grasp of Project Management tools and methodology - Should be deadline and closure oriented - High Energy Levels.
