Description of Responsibility :

1. Reference Customer :

- Regular interlock with cross functional teams globally including Sales, CSMs, Product, SD to source new references

- Identification of customer accounts for reference on-boarding

- Speaking to customers about the programme, its value proposition, answering query of their legal team and getting their consent to be a reference

2. Gartner Peer Insights :

- Work with SD/SA/CSM team to get Gartner Peer reviews from our customers for our various product towers

- Work with customers to register and complete review submission

3. Campaigns : Create and execute an internal campaign targeting internal stakeholders like CSM, SD/ SA members for onboarding their customers as references

4. CX Awards : Support Tata Comms Submission for various awards and drive awards amplification internally and externally

Job Requirements :

Educational Qualification : MBA in Marketing

Specific Certification :

Required Skillsets: Customer Advocacy, Program management, Content creation, Corp Communication,B2B Marketing

Language Expertise : English
