- Develop an aggregate demand plan to arrive at the consensus numbers which will be used in developing deployment and Procurement plans - Work with Sales and Marketing and lead Consensus meeting to derive the final forecast numbers (Both for current and next fiscal) - Drive improvement in forecast accuracy by analysing existing processes and making recommendations; drive tracking of the performance of SKUs. Accuracy tracking would be at the high level (monthly/item forecasts) and at lower levels of detail (Weekly/ item/location) - Review how various forecasts split proportionately in comparison to recent history - Coordinate with supply to identify supply constraints for the projected demand and its impact on overall unconstrained plan - Facilitate business development through planning of new product life cycle and generate forecast for new products using Like Modelling - Develop SOP's for new processes in operations and responsible for initiating, implementing & enforce process quality. Pls Note: Looking for someone with experience in handling electronics category (Large appliances, small appliances, laptops, TV, Refrigerators, etc)
