Demand Planner - FMCG/Food/Agri Industry (4-8 yrs)
SPOC - Marketing, Sales & SCM
- Annual budgeting Process :
a) Prepare annual budget in coordination with Sales, Marketing & Finance
b) Ensure there is alignment between sales & marketing targets and are aligned to business plans
c) Quarterly review of actuals and generate forward quarterly forecast to achieve business targets for the Financial Year
- Monthly Sales Forecast :
a) Designing and generating weekly and monthly statistical forecast reports
b) Continuously improving forecasting techniques, method, and approach
c) Relating and measuring the impact of forecast accuracy
d) Submission of sales forecast to SCM on time
- Seasonal Planning/Sales Tracking & MIS :
a) Lead forecast and inventory planning meetings with Marketing Managers, reviewing recommended sales forecasts (emphasis on brand transitions, new product introduction, and promotions)
b) Convert marketing strategies as sales execution in coordination with Sales & Marketing
c) Coordinate with SCM to ensure smooth supplies to sales by service level review and capacity/ supply constraints
- S&OP management:
a) Long-term planning of seasonal demand
b) Sign-off with SCM
