Key Responsibilities : - Manage end-to-end demand planning for few of the kitchens - Drive improvement in forecast accuracy by reviewing historical sales vs forecast data and identification of changing trends - Collaborate with Sales/Marketing to understand schemes/promotions planned and incorporate it into the forecast - Sync with operations team to understand and factor in the supply constraints into the forecast - Drive continuous improvement by examining existing demand planning processes and making recommendations for improvement Key Deliverables : 1.
