Demand Manager - Distribution Network (3-10 yrs)
About Onato:
The mission of Onato is to build a pan-India distribution network of fresh produce that reaches even the remotest location of India. We want to build a tech-driven transparent & efficient supply chain. We believe that with the help of tech, AI & ML we can disrupt the existing inefficient & wastage-prone system. Founders have strong backgrounds and come from IIT & BITS having a combined experience of more than 20 years.
Role:
- Maintaining close relationships with partners.
- Understanding their daily & weekly requirements.
- Ensuring proper KYC before taking handover of new partners.
- Forecasting anticipated demand & passing it to the procurement team.
- Smartly allocating the stock to various partners
- Maintaining a healthy P&L
- Ensuring timely payments. Maintaining a healthy credit cycle & making sure credit limit is not exceeded.
- Lead a team of 1-3 executives, who will help you in day to day operations.
Qualification & Experience:
- 1+ years of experience in vendor management, key account management, P&L ownership
- Must have managed 25+Cr worth of annual demand
- Must have managed a team of at least 2-3 executives.
