Responsibilities :
- Responsible planning the expansion activity for their territory by City
- Responsible for hiring the team of Program Managers, City Managers, TLs and FOSs in conjunction with the TA team and HR Team
- Manage the team as a unit and design incentive structures for the team
- Train and develop the Program Managers to become better people managers and drive planned outcomes
- Coordinating with the City Managers on the planning of the launch, signing off on the city wise launch plan by FOS
- Hiring of City Managers, training them on the process of managing acquisition
- Track performance of the team of City Managers
- Ensure that the acquisition is in line with the plan for each of the cities
- Plan for acquisition within the CAC target
- Plan for end customer acquisition activity to create Mega champions in all cities
- Coordinate with logistics/sourcing/network design/TA&HR team for smooth operations
Requirements :
- Tier 1 MBA with at least 4+ years of experience in Sales/Growth
- Should have managed a large team
- Good understanding of sales management systems and processes
- Capable of structuring problems and find-deploy systematic solutions
- Design and rollout of performance measuring systems for team
- Good understanding of outcome oriented incentive designs
- Good Understanding of Tier 2-3 cities grocery-kirana-convenience stores
- Should have an analytical bent of mind
- Start-up experience is preferred, should be able to create structures
- Profiles from FMCG sales, Startups- Oyo, Urbanclap, Ajio etc.
