Are you passionate about driving strategic planning, program delivery, and talent development initiatives? We're looking for an experienced Demand & Planning Manager to lead the delivery of high-impact leadership development, DEI, onboarding, and people capability programs.

What You'll Do:

- Design and deliver scalable employee development programs.

- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to assess current & future capability needs.

- Lead planning, stakeholder alignment, risk tracking and supplier coordination.

- Drive strategic project management across onboarding, training, and succession pipelines.

- Deliver strong operational and data-led insights to inform decision-making.

We're Looking for Someone With:

- Strong project & risk management skills.

- Stakeholder & vendor management experience.

- Proven track record in learning and development or organizational effectiveness.

- Strategic thinking, business acumen and decision-making abilities.

- Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint; Project Management certification is a plus.
