Role - Program Manager
Job description:
- Define the operating structure and processes to implement on product strategy as an individual contributor
- Design globalized, future state support processes that are automation-ready
- Work cross-functionally to solicit feedback from business stakeholders on the proposed process design and user experience
- Collaborate with Product Managers to determine the technical feasibility of the proposed future state support processes
- Help craft delta.exchange customer care strategy and support for the future in support automation and help center experience in the delta.exchange apps
- Help identify operational gaps and improve or pioneer processes to drive efficiency across support operations
- Develop an in-depth understanding of customer experience by incorporating quantitative and qualitative insights
