Work you- ll do :

Essential job requirements include :

- Build-out of new functionality for Regulatory Market Risk Engine (FRTB or/and CCAR) components

- Work closely with global counterparts and clients to take the project to successful completion

- Provide input to solution architecture related decisions that impact both internal and client developed solutions

- Adapt to new technologies quickly

- Work across a range of data-oriented tech

The team :

The regulatory landscape continues to increase in complexity across the globe. Our Regulatory & Compliance team leverages deep knowledge of industry-specific regulations with demonstrated methodologies to design, assess, and transform the processes, controls, and infrastructure needed to mitigate risk and achieve compliance.

Our capabilities include designing the target operating model, assessing policies and procedures, testing and monitoring on a managed services and project basis, assessing risk, reporting and communicating, as well as building the analytics and reporting structures to allow for ongoing measurement and monitoring.

We use proprietary tools, technologies, and accelerators to allow clients a more proactive approach to managing risk and achieving regulatory compliance. We design comprehensive compliance programs and advise clients on how to effectively navigate a regulatory investigation or inquiry.

Qualifications :

Required :

- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Market Risk IT department of foreign investment banks

- Strong experience with building Market Risk VaR/SVaR engine components

- Sensitivity/Grids Sourcing,TS Sourcing, Scenario Generation Service, VaR Pricing etc

- Solid understanding of underlying data model and ETL layers commonly seen in the VaR engine of an investment bank

- Strong communication skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,

- Exposure to project documentation such as BRD, FRD, and UAT doc

- Understanding of systems delivery lifecycle and delivery methodologies

- Independent and able to work with little supervision

- Participate in design and architecture discussions

Preferred :

- FRTB or/and CCAR Market Risk BA experience

- FRM or CFA Certification

- Willing to relocate temporarily to foreign locations in Europe and North America, as and when required by client
