Major responsibilities &amp; deliverables:&nbsp; - Monitoring / Owning Client &amp; Engagement Data in terms of pursuit closures, aligning new engagement to appropriate function/service line. Timely creating of engagement codes and ensuring compliance with conventions with respect to the same. - Maintain high level of time booking and utilization of resources consistently - Monitoring / Analyzing engagement Fees and expense management. - Maintain accuracy and adequacy around TDS reconciliations and resolution of such issues - Assisting delivery teams in taking up outstanding WIP and Debt collection with end clients. Responsible for key initiatives and decisions into process restructuring - Imparting knowledge on various process initiatives to employees across service lines.
