Job Description - Relationship Manager  Key Responsibilities:-  - Develop and Sustain Relationships   - Develop new relationships  - Identify and build - whitespace- client relationships, leveraging personal, professional and Firm networks  - Sustain existing relationships  - Build trusted advisor relationships through content-driven discussions and access to relevant industry and business perspectives  - Sustain key client relationships throughout opportunity and engagement life cycle  - Facilitate relationship building between the client, engagement leadership and subject matter advisors  - Work with LCP to determine appropriate relationship plan, assessing relationship retention and future investments  - Work with the client and Deloitte team to build eminence and develop activities and events focused on shared values and mission, e.g., a joint WIN event  - Develop and Collaborate on Opportunities  - Utilize broad understanding of Deloitte's service offerings and POVs to identify and co-develop holistic, tailored solutions to address client needs  - Qualify potential opportunities and identify and align appropriate Deloitte resources to pursue and close opportunities  - Contribute to pursuit processes by leveraging relationships for insights and influence, determining - win- themes, and aligning messaging with client needs  - Collaborate with account team to evaluate opportunity alignment with the overall client strategy  - Manage Risk  - Assist Pursuit and Account leaders in negotiating and contracting engagements   - Participate in risk and quality processes/reviews  - Work with account leaders to advance account-level and firm-level contracting discussions  - Consistently apply independence and professional standards and DPM policies  - Share and Maintain Client Knowledge  - Provide account and pursuit teams with deep knowledge of the client's engagement history, culture, organizational structure, and competitive intelligence and differentiators from the client's perspective  - Understand the client- s, business challenges, strategic plans and key initiatives  - Identify potential client implications of industry trends or business issues   - Drive Service Excellence  - Conduct Client Service Assessment (CSA) interviews with client, as requested by LCSP/LCP  - Provide LCM and account leaders with input and feedback related to client marketing strategy and tactics  Qualifications:  - 10+ years of experience in a client facing/ management role  - Experience selling an intangible services   - Demonstrated pattern of exceeding quota and driving high growth in a territory  - Bachelor's degree required, MBAs or equivalent would be preferred from a premier B- School   Job Location: Gurgaon / Mumbai
