Growth Advisory - Sr. Manager/ Deputy Manager

Work Profile:

- As a Director/Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager in our Value Creation Services - Growth Advisory team, you will advise managements of corporate groups as well as Private Equity funds and their portfolio companies on strategic issues in the context of their growth planning for the next phase of the business.

- This advice spans market, customer and competitive analysis led growth strategy design, revenue acceleration, pricing excellence, synergy assessment, partner evaluation, and business process review.

You will:

- Work as part of a team, analyzing client business operations and industry to drive unique insights to aid clients' strategic decisions

- Work with Partners and clients to develop and implement long term transformation objectives and work plans

- Think through strategic imperatives and levers and then working with client and MD teams to deliver meaningful results

- Work with some of the most intellectually stimulating clients

- Lead small client teams to design and implement design imperatives

- Perform high quality analysis within timelines and with minimum supervision

- Communicate analysis, recommendations and status updates in both written and oral communication with internal and client leadership

Qualifications:

- A post-graduate degree in management from a leading Indian or global business school

- Work experience: 10+, 3+ years respectively

- Strong track record with previous employment, preferably with consulting firms or corporate strategy

- Industry experience: Technology, Financial Services, Education, Healthcare FMCG/Consumer durables

- Background or experience in sales, customer servicing and support functions, operations leadership, financial analysis, business strategy design and planning

- Base level of knowledge in business strategy, marketing, finance, operations, and data analysis techniques

- Experience in running digital transformation initiatives will be an added advantage

- Proficient user of Microsoft suite (advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Projects, and Word)

- Basic understanding of DevOps/Agile, familiarity with IT infrastructure considerations, Data center operations, cloud etc. is a plus

- Outstanding oral and written communication

- Ability to work in unstructured environments and to tight deadlines

Core Skills:

- Self-motivated, innovative, and strong team player

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong core consulting skills i.e., analytical, primary and secondary research, presentation, and financial modelling, including logical structuring and storyboarding, superior knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

- Ability to integrate and synthesize large sets of data and broad stakeholder perspectives into meaningful insights

- Ability to draw out conclusions from the project modules where they are responsible

- Solid knowledge of strategy models and frameworks

- Accustomed to working in teams, including virtual teams

- Strong presentation and verbal and written communication skills, and experience communicating to, and working with, virtual teams, and senior leadership

- Must possess the ability to handle highest level of confidential information

- Knowledge and previous experience in innovation, strategy, operations or technology domain

- Ability to thrive in a complex and fast-paced environment with many competing priorities

- Exceptional attention to detail, responsiveness, and strong track record of executing high-impact initiatives

- Display energy, positive attitude and team work on engagements and act upon feedback and coaching received
