As a Compensation Specialist, the applicant responsible for managing a variety of activities, include supporting function specific compensation programs. These programs should be in line with the business objectives of the allocated service lines/functions and aligned to the overall guidelines and processes of Deloitte USI. The incumbent will also be responsible for implementing new initiatives and communicating the overall total rewards story to our practitioners. The position will support special projects, as needed and introducing them to the unique culture of Deloitte.

Work you- ll do

Provide solutions across target workforce groups and job roles and help organization and business units take a more strategic view of their communication development needs across the organization whilst offering very structured and tangible solutions:

- Support in design, implementation and administration of the function specific compensation programs and activities in line with the Total Rewards philosophy with regards to internal equity and external market competitiveness.

- Manage the market benchmarking process, validate market information and help develop positioning and compensation ranges as per the desired competitiveness.

- Engage with business to provide advisory from a Total Rewards perspective and act as a strategic partner with the FSS's and Service Lines as necessary.

- Cultivate a thorough understanding of the various reward related business requirements through an understanding of the business and their operating model

- Manage the compensation annual revision process and administration processes along with Business Advisors & businesses.

- Drive analytics to provide insights to business leadership on the internal/external trends and movements in compensation.

- Partner with Talent Acquisition team on offer development where ever applicable, create ranges, systems and processes for assisting them in hiring competitively from lateral markets.

- Manage the tools and processes used/followed to carry out the various reward programs and annual compensation exercise.

The team

Talent team offers HR solutions by tapping into the different aspects of HR policies, to ensure every professional's engagement with the organization is meaningful. It is structured into five major organizations: Talent Acquisition, Talent Delivery, Talent Development, Talent Specialties and Talent Operations. As part of the Business Advisory team, you will work with our business leaders, foster change throughout the organization and ensure that Talent strategies are aligned with the firm's culture.

Qualifications

Education: Master's degree

Experience: 8-10 years of relevant experience

Skills:

- Master's degree in Human Resources from any of the reputed HR institutes like XLRI/TISS/IIMs.

- 8-10 years- experience in Compensation/Total Rewards function in IT/ITES/Services firms

- Detail oriented, excellent analytical and communication skills.

- Deep familiarity with MS - EXCEL and Compensation administration systems. Exposure to survey methodologies of Aon Hewitt / Mercer.

- Knowledge of HR ERP modules like SAP / Oracle / People soft.

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 9 Am - 6 Pm
