Primary Purpose of the Role : Performance analysis, Management Reporting and Driving key business initiatives for Deloitte India as part of Program Management Office Major Responsibilities & Deliverables : Project Management Office (PMO) plays a critical role in advancing firm's programs by managing multiple streams of activities as well as assisting in the execution of select strategic initiatives. As a team member of the PMO,one will have the following specific responsibilities: - Data analysis, Data mining, preparation of management reports and presentations - Work closely with the business PMO teams and IFS teams on multiple projects managed by National office - Together with the leaders of specific initiatives assist in the development of detailed work plans that will provide guidance to team members and facilitate project management - Provide program management support across India for one Deloitte initiatives - Define measures for initiatives, developing reports, and monitoring and reporting progress to India Leaders
